​The Erath County United Way Board of Directors announced in 2018 a new student scholarship program for Erath Count graduating senior. Erath County United Way has award 15 scholarships in the amount $500.00, the 2023 scholarship winner is Shelby Thomes. Her perseverance and commitment have paid off, and we are excited to witness the remarkable accomplishments she will undoubtedly achieve in the future. Well done and congratulations!

Past winners of the Live United Scholarship are: 
2022: 
Veronica Nicole Rodriquez, Hunter Merrill, and Maci Underwood
2021: Justin Burnes, Tyler Heller, Peyton Skinner, Grayson Traweek, and Samual Yankie
2020: Allee Mainord, Denton Heller, and Madison Burton, SISD
2019: Dylan Garber, SISD
2018: Tatum Brinkley, SISD, and Alli Divin, Huckabay ISD

​These scholarships are intended to help students defray the cost of educational expenses.

LIVE UNITED SCHOLARSHIP


The LIVE UNITED Scholarships are designed to recognize individuals who help make a positive impact in the community. Awards will be based on the applicants demonstrated commitment to community service and the extent to which the applicant has impacted the community through leadership and service.

To qualify, applicants must have attended an Erath County I.S.D., private school or home school in Erath County and contributed a minimum of 20 hours service to the Erath County United Way.

Applications for the LIVE UNITED Scholarships are available at all Erath County I.S.D. Counselor offices or on our website erathcountyuw.org.
