United Way kicks off 2010 Campaign The Erath County United Way Board is gearing up for another successful fundraising campaign drive in 2010. This volunteer group is dedicating their time and energy to tell the people of Erath County the United Way story and ask for their support. The United Way Board consists of 35 dedicated individuals who are committed to selecting deserving local organizations and assisting them with partial funding. Those who donate to the United Way can be assured they are making a contribution to worthy agencies that unselfishly serve residents of Erath County. To enhance the fundraising efforts of 2010, the board has selected several individuals to head up a newly formed “Campaign Cabinet”. The responsibilities of the members of this cabinet will be to focus on individual key Erath County business sectors and support them with information and materials needed to make each of their fundraising campaigns more successful.
